Meet Certified Health Coach, Sharon Gregory
Sharon Gregory, a holistic health coach and wellness educator, created The Happy Vegan™, LLC after adopting a completely different lifestyle as the result of the shocking Big “C” diagnosis at the young, and otherwise “healthy”, age of 44. She embraced the opportunity to take control of the future of her health through a lifestyle transformation. Her passion for natural healing led her to the discovery that the body will heal itself, if given half a chance. It is with that underlying philosophy that she coaches her clients to achieve and sustain a healthier and happier life.
As a wellness warrior, her personal journey has enabled her to be an inspiration to others desiring better health naturally through a focus on a plant-based diet. She supports and motivates her clients to make step-by-step, personalized and easily integrated food and lifestyle choices to help them to create a healthier and happier life, reduce stress, have more energy, address specific ailments or health concerns, and reach their health goals.
In addition to one-on-one health coaching, Sharon is a professional speaker who teaches hands-on healthy cooking classes and wellness workshops at her facility and other venues. She has a Master’s Degree in Mathematics Education, is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, received her Health Coaching Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and is a certified Reiki clinical practitioner and QiGong instructor. Sharon is also the creator of Notcho Nocheez – a healthy and delicious alternative to cheese!
