Meet Attorney at Law, Michele Conti

 

Michele ContiMichele Conti helps families implement sophisticated estate planning techniques to minimize the impact of income, estate, and inheritance taxes on a decedents estate. She also creates estate plans consisting of various trusts to enable the management and conservation of assets, to enhance tax savings and to avoid probate. Clients are also advised on gift planning strategies to facilitate the transfer of assets during life with minimal tax consequences. Michele also helps families plan for their special needs loved ones and obtain Guardianship, if necessary. She teaches community workshops on the topics of estate planning, special needs planning and elder law.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Michele completed her studies at Allegheny College in Meadville and St. Anne’s College, Oxford. She received her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University in 2004 and her Master of Laws Degree specializing in taxation with a focus on estate planning from Villanova University. After college, Michele returned to Western Pennsylvania to care for her terminally ill grandmother. That experience inspired to help other families experiencing similar difficulties. After working with large downtown firms, she began Conti Law, a boutique firm that allows her to offer concierge services to her clients.

Michele and her husband, Jason, live in Beaver County, PA. They are the parents of twin toddlers and 3 dogs. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Estate Planning Counsel of Pittsburgh, Women’s Business Networking Group, Life Options Pittsburgh and Life Enrichment Trust. Michele is a proud member of the National Rifle Association and enjoys helping fellow NRA members leave a part of their legacy to the NRA upon their passing. She can also be heard on 101.5 Word FM.
